Rosario Giorgio brings more than 20 years of experience in Independent  Automotive Aftermarket management. He has held positions as KAM, Trade Manager, Sales Director and General Manager in multinational companies in the Automotive Industry such as Bosch Gmbh and Holger Christiansen A/S. He recently put his experience at the service of Business Development projects both for companies working in the traditional IAM and those linked to the latest market developments in the electric mobility. He loves working in multicultural environments with win-win relationships for clients and partners. Italian native, fluent in English.

Yasuo Ohyama

Yasuo (Ray) Ohyama has variety of experience in the Automotive Industry, mainly as R&D expert, but also in Sales & Marketing, Quality, Finance & Accounting, Project Management, as well as General Manager and CFO. He worked at Toyota Motor, Brose Fahrzeugteile, Toyota Boshoku and so on, and is based in Nagoya Japan.

Bogumił has been working in the Automotive aftermarket for over 28 years. With experience from the one of the biggest Polish and European spare parts distributor, Moto-Profil, on positions like Sales Manager, Managing Director and COO to Member of the Board. He brings great experience in different areas, from international procurement to business development, IT and Marketing. His latest position for the brand KAMOKA gave him an internal view of producers’ side of IAM.

Javier Lorenzo Martínez

Javier brings more than 15 years of experience in the Automotive AM, where he has lead the creation of new market strategies and adaption of the product range to the real needs and key players for the Iberian market. He won his experience in different roles in IAM as Sales Director, Key Account Manager, or Managing Director, in companies like GM ACDelco, Valeo, Denso Aftermarket, Remy Automotive Europe, and at distribution level in one member of Groupauto Union. He speaks Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Miguel Ángel Casas Prósper

Miguel Ángel brings more than 15 years of experience in the Automotive Industry in roles like Head of Business Development, Team Leader Sales or Sales & Marketing Manager among others. His professional background was built in premium Tier 1 companies like WABCO, Johnson Controls, Kongsberg Automotive and AMK Automotive. He won his international experience working and being active in the European, USA and Chinese Markets.

Mohan Engkvist

Mohan has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry both from OEM (Volvo Cars) and Supplier side (among others F.Segura and Elring Klinger) and provides outstanding industry and market knowledge. His background covers not only Sales Representation but also Project Management. He is right in the middle of the Swedish Automotive cluster.

Tajinder Kalsi

Taj brings more than 30 years of international Automotive experience, gained at
OEMS Ford, Jaguar Land Rover and major Tier 1s Johnson Controls, Lear
Corporation, Gentherm and Key Safety Systems. He has held senior leadership
roles in Business Development, Programme Management and Operations. He has
a technical background in safety critical systems and most recently in E- mobility.

Martin Pring

With more than 30 years of experience in the Aftermarket, Martin has been managing Japanese (Denso, NGK) and European (Hella, NRF) companies in UK. He provides deep expertise not only in Sales but also in Operations and HR Management. Currently he is also involved in Digital Transformation Services for the Aftermarket segment.
